Your password
Password changes live on the Password tab of your profile:
Update your password to keep your account secure
You need your current password to set a new one. A password must be at least eight characters.
If you have forgotten it
Section titled “If you have forgotten it”Use the forgotten-password link on the sign-in screen. The reset link arrives by email at the address on your profile, which is why keeping that address current matters.
If the email never arrives, check with an owner or manager that your account is still active and that the address on it is the one you are watching. A reset link cannot be sent to an address nobody has.
If a password has got around
Section titled “If a password has got around”Change it immediately, and then do the harder thing: look at Login attempts to see where it was used. A password that two people know produces a cash trail nobody can defend, because the audit log records the account, not the person.
Staff who sign in by username
Section titled “Staff who sign in by username”Some staff sign in with a username and a six-digit PIN rather than an email and a password. That PIN is set on the next tab — see Your PIN and void approvals. The password tab is still there, and still works, for anyone with an email login.
