Fiscal and TSE (Germany)
German cash registers must sign every transaction with a certified security device (TSE) and must be able to hand the tax office a DSFinV-K export. The Compliance screen is where that lives: “German KassenSichV (TSE) compliance status and DSFinV-K export. Required for all cash registers operating in Germany.”
- Plans
- Brasserie, Signature, Enterprise
- Can it be switched off?
- No. It is part of every plan that includes it and cannot be switched off.
Status
Section titled “Status”The top of the screen reports where provisioning stands: Initialized, Provisioning…, Provisioning Failed or Not Configured. Alongside it are the identifiers an auditor or your tax adviser will ask for, including the TSE Serial (for ELSTER).
Keep that serial where you can find it. It is what you enter when registering the register with the tax authority.
DSFinV-K export
Section titled “DSFinV-K export”“Export transaction data in the format required by German tax authorities (GoBD / DSFinV-K 2.3).” Pick a period and export.
There are two routes:
- Fiskaly export — generated by the certified provider. This is the one to hand over in an audit.
- Local CSV export — generated here, and it downloads as three CSV files. Useful for your own checking and for your accountant; it is not a substitute for the provider’s package.
