Subscribe
Who can do this
Section titled “Who can do this”Subscribing needs the manage billing permission. By default that is the restaurant owner. A manager or waiter cannot subscribe or change the plan, and the screen is not in their sidebar.
How to subscribe
Section titled “How to subscribe”- Go to Setup → Subscriptions.
- Pick the plan you want. Only the three self-service plans — Bistro, Brasserie and Signature — can be bought here. Enterprise is arranged with us.
- Complete the card details. Checkout is handled by Stripe, inside the dashboard; your card details never pass through RestroManage.
- You are returned to Setup → Subscriptions and the new plan takes effect immediately.
Your remaining trial days are carried onto the subscription, so you are not billed until the trial would have ended anyway.
If your account was suspended, subscribing lifts the suspension at once.
If checkout does not come back cleanly
Section titled “If checkout does not come back cleanly”Occasionally a browser loses the return trip — a closed tab, a dropped connection. Re-open Setup → Subscriptions; the dashboard re-checks the checkout session against Stripe and picks up the subscription if it went through. You will not be charged twice for refreshing the page.
What you cannot buy here
Section titled “What you cannot buy here”Enterprise, and any plan we have arranged privately for your group, are assigned by us rather than bought. They do not appear as purchasable options.
