Enterprise and multiple locations
Enterprise is not a bigger version of Signature with a higher price. It is the plan that turns a single-venue account into a group account, and that changes enough about how the data works that it is arranged with us rather than bought from a screen.
What it adds
Section titled “What it adds”- Multiple locations. One restaurant account holding several venues, each with its own address, hours, menu availability and branch offerings.
- Cross-location reporting. Figures rolled up across the group rather than per venue.
- Inter-location transfers. Moving stock between venues as a recorded movement rather than as an adjustment at each end.
Why it is sales-assigned
Section titled “Why it is sales-assigned”Enterprise carries the whole catalogue by default rather than a fixed feature list, so what your group gets is agreed rather than picked from a tier. It is assigned to your account by us; it never appears as a purchasable option on Setup → Subscriptions, and a self-service signup can never land on it by accident.
What depends on it
Section titled “What depends on it”Multiple locations is a prerequisite, not just a feature. Anything built on top of it is Enterprise-only in practice:
- Inter-location stock transfers
- Cross-location (group) reporting
- Attendance reporting across venues
This is why a Signature account does not get inter-location transfers even though the tier would otherwise carry them: the prerequisite is not there. See Why a feature is locked.
Running two venues without Enterprise
Section titled “Running two venues without Enterprise”It can be done, and some groups do: two separate restaurant accounts, each on its own plan. You get two dashboards, two logins and two sets of reports, with nothing rolled up. It is cheaper and it works, but anything that compares or moves things between the venues becomes a manual job.
