What the storefront is

Every RestroManage account comes with an ordering website. It shows your menu, takes orders, and sends them straight into the Orders screen — no plugin, no separate hosting, no second menu to keep up to date.

Plans
Bistro, Brasserie, Signature, Enterprise
Can it be switched off?
No. It is part of every plan that includes it and cannot be switched off.

The storefront is not a copy of your menu. It reads the same catalogue the POS reads, so a price change in Menu items is live on the website too. Prices can still differ by channel on purpose — see Prices by channel.

The same goes for availability. Marking something sold out takes it off the website.

  • Browse the menu and place an order for pickup, curbside or delivery, depending on what you allow under Delivery.
  • Scan a table QR code and order from the table — see Dining tables and QR codes.
  • Track the order after placing it.
  • Read your legal pages, linked in the footer — see Legal pages.

Whether the storefront takes orders at all right now depends on your business hours and the manual open/closed override there.

Two options, and you can move from one to the other later.

Address What it is
Your platform subdomain Works immediately, nothing to buy or configure.
Your own domain A domain you own, pointed at the storefront.

Using your own domain also changes which address search engines index — see Reviews and online presence.

A theme sets the design; a customiser adjusts it. See Choose a theme and Customise your storefront.

It is a restaurant ordering site, not a general website builder. You can add pages for About or Catering — see Custom pages — but the ordering flow and the menu are fixed in shape, and that is deliberate: they are what feeds the POS.
