Order types at checkout
Section titled “Order types at checkout”Choose which order methods customers can select at checkout. Changes apply to all storefront themes.
- Pickup — the guest collects.
- Curbside pickup — collection without coming in.
- Delivery — unlocks everything below.
Your own delivery
Section titled “Your own delivery”Turn on own delivery when your own staff drive. Then set:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Fee type | Flat fee · Per km · Free |
| Rate per km | Used when the fee is per km. |
| Flat fee amount | Used when the fee is flat. |
| Free delivery above | Waives the fee over this order value. Leave blank to always charge the fee. |
| Minimum order | Below this, delivery is not offered. |
| Estimated time | Shown to the guest at checkout. |
Delivery range
Section titled “Delivery range”Set a bounding box on the map. Orders placed outside this area will be rejected at checkout.
You place a northeast and a southwest corner, which makes a rectangle, not a circle. Quick suggestions offer radius-sized boxes, and those need your restaurant’s latitude and longitude saved first — Save your restaurant’s latitude and longitude in General Settings first. See Business profile.
A bounding box is a rectangle, so it will always include some ground you would rather not drive to. Size it by how far you are genuinely willing to go, and expect to trim it after a few weeks.
Courier dispatch partners
Section titled “Courier dispatch partners”Customer orders on your site — a third-party courier handles the driver dispatch.
The guest still orders through your storefront. Only the driver comes from somewhere else.
| Partner | What you provide |
|---|---|
| Uber Direct | Nothing. Managed by RestroManage — no credentials required. Your restaurant address is registered as a pickup location under the RestroManage platform account. You get a Location ID and a Test connection button. |
| DoorDash Drive | Developer ID, Key ID and Signing Secret from the DoorDash Developer Portal, plus registering the webhook URL this page gives you as the delivery webhook endpoint. |
| Wolt Drive | An API token. |
For DoorDash and Wolt, leaving the secret or token field blank on a later save keeps the existing one — it does not clear it.
Uber Direct needs its pickup location provisioned before it can dispatch. The screen shows Location not provisioned or Location provisioned ✓, with Provision Location and Re-sync Location buttons.
Marketplace integrations
Section titled “Marketplace integrations”Receive orders from food delivery platforms. Customers order on their platform — orders appear in your dashboard automatically.
The difference from a dispatch partner is where the guest is. On a marketplace they are on Uber Eats, not on your site, and the order arrives in the Orders screen like any other.
Uber Eats needs a Client ID, Client Secret and Store ID, and the webhook URL this page
shows registered in the Uber Eats Developer Dashboard for orders.notification events.
Connection status
Section titled “Connection status”Each integration shows Not set up, Disabled or Connected. Where a Test connection button exists, use it after saving — credentials that were typed correctly and pasted into the wrong field both save without complaint, and only the test tells them apart.
